Our Companies
Our network is formed of Companies and Technical/Professional Firms that PROPOSE direct and sub-contracting contracts, through tendering procedures that our system generates by invitation and based on negotiated procedure, and of Companies and Technical/Professional Firms that SUBMIT offers to the Procedures launched, Accredited through a rigorous internal selection process that selects only those Companies/Associations/Sole Trader and Artisans that are in complisnvr with all the required documentation, none excluded, required for the public tenders and in compliance with the periodical fulfilments required by the regulations on Contribution Regularity, Employees, Safety and Prevention in the workplace, Antimafia, SOA Certification or, in the absence thereof, Works carried out in the last 5 years for registration to the required categories. All Accredited Companies may:
- BID for works/services in the Public and/or Private, National and International sector - with a regular Contract in place - Directly or by sub-contracting to all Accredited Operators at fair and sustainable technical and economic conditions;
or:
- APPLY for make an offer in procedures for the awarding of works and services in all SOA categories.
Our contracts are awarded by negotiated tender among all accredited operators in our system who meet the requirements of the bidders.
All of our accredited companies individually receive an invitation to tender for the procedures that are available.
